Details of the Campaign

1. The Campaign will run from 00:00 (GMT +8), 20th March 2022 and will end at 23:59 (GMT +8), 31st March 2022 (“Campaign Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, change, revise or amend the Campaign Period.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible PlusOne Members must pay upfront 50% of the item from the total price, with a minimum spend of RM500 via PAYLATER MALAYSIA by KALE in a single receipt.

2. This promotion is exclusive for the 20 selected models only.

3. The first 50 customers of each model are entitled to additional discounts.

4. Valid at all Senheng & senQ outlets nationwide only, except for online stores.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Senheng & senQ reserves the right to amend the stated Terms & Conditions without prior notice

Suspension

The Organizer also has the right to void or cancel, redesign, suspend or postpone this event of any unexpected circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

Data Protection
1. By participating in this campaign and/or providing personal data to the Organizer, the Eligible Participants warrant and represent to have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the Organizer’s processing of personal data in accordance with said Privacy Policy. The Eligible Participants agree to indemnity, defend, and hold the Organizer harmless against any loss, damages, costs, claims, actions, or liabilities occurring due to any breach of the aforesaid warranty and representation.

2. The Eligible Participants’ Personal Data includes their name, National Registration Identification Card Number (MyKad/MyPR), contact details, email address, address and transaction number, and any available information available on the entry form (“Personal Data”) will also be recorded, stored, or otherwise processed by PAYLATER MALAYSIA for the purposes relating to the Campaign for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communication.

3. The Organizer has taken the relevant and reasonable cautionary and security measures to ensure the safekeeping of all the Eligible Participants’ personal data and requires all third-party data processors to comply with the same measures. The Organizer may disclose the Eligible Participants’ personal data should it be required to do so by the law, or by a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.
